Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand—we've changed our minds too! While we'd love to be able to, once an order is placed, we can't modify or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window in the future. If the item doesn't work out, be sure to exchange it for a preferred style or return it for a refund.

We want to talk to you too! Contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or comments. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries submitted on Fridays will receive a response the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries in the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on the item and the shipping method you choose. For Express Shipping, the delivery time is 3 to 5 days, and for Standard Shipping, the delivery time is 7 to 10 days. For phones and tablets, the delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.

Are there shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the item and the region it's being shipped to. You can view shipping options and costs on the item page below the description by entering your country, city, and postal code. Shipping costs also appear if you add the item to your cart and enter your shipping address.

How can I locate my order?

At the time of shipment, you will be notified via email of your order's tracking number so you can check it on the carrier's website.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To request a refund, you must log in to your customer area and open a return request, clearly explaining the reason for the refund.

You will have to wait for us to authorize the refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
