Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Remote control function:
1. Sound and light anti-theft: Press the anti-theft button on the remote control, the direction light flashes, the horn beeps once, the door is locked, the LED flashes, and the sound and light anti-theft state is entered after 5 seconds, and the car cannot be started.
2. Alarm release: Press the remote control release button, the direction light flashes 2 times, the horn sounds 2 times (silent does not sound), the anti-theft is released, the door is unlocked, and the LED stops flashing.
3. Mute anti-theft: Press the mute button on the remote control, the door is locked, the direction light flashes, the horn does not sound, the LED flashes, and the sound and light anti-theft state is entered after 5 seconds, and the car cannot be started.
4. Emergency alarm: In the anti-theft state, if the vehicle is subject to illegal lock key opening/illegal door vibration, the horn will sound, the direction light will flash rapidly, and the car will not start.
5. Central locking automation: When the car is turned off, the door is automatically unlocked; after the car has been running for 15 seconds, the door is automatically locked by pressing the anti-theft button, the central lock is locked, and the release button is pressed to unlock the central lock.
6. LED warning light: When alerted, the LED light flashes slowly. After being triggered by vibration, the LED light is on. If the current lock is opened illegally, or if the car door is opened illegally, the LED light will be on.
7. Vibration sensor: You can freely adjust the sensitivity. When the sensitivity is increased, it is suitable for use in areas with few people and a large area; when the sensitivity is adjusted, it is suitable for use in cities and towns. The appropriate sensitivity has been set at the factory.
8. Automatic recovery alert: After the anti-theft alert is triggered, if the door is not opened within 25 seconds, the anti-theft system will be considered an error release and will automatically return to the original anti-theft alert state and lock to prevent accidental release.
