All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Tips for applying eyelashes:
-Clips: There are many types of eyelash assistants. A single bunch of false eyelashes can use the help of a clip to make the false eyelashes easy and comfortable to apply;
-Small scissors: You should trim the entire row of false eyelashes you just purchased to a length that fits the shape of your eye. Small scissors can be used to trim it properly;
-Eyelash glue: There are two types: white glue and black glue. Generally, after applying to the eyelashes, it will be better to wait a few seconds until the glue dries before sticking it;
Various uses of false eyelashes:
-Cut it in half and use it to glue the end of the back eye, suitable for girls with small and round eyes, making the eyes look bigger;
-Cut it into a small handful, section by section, and use tweezers to stick it to the root of the eyelashes at intervals, which is natural and cute;
How to remove eyelashes:
-Use your nails to gently lift your lower lash line, then pinch them with your fingertips and slowly lift them;
-Use the tips of your thumb and index finger to gently lift the false eyelashes starting from the inner corner of your eye. Be gentle. Used false eyelashes should be completely removed from the glue and carefully stored in the case. This way the curl of the false eyelashes can remain unchanged for multiple uses. Also, be careful not to get eye shadow powder, mascara, etc. on the false eyelashes, otherwise they will stain and damage them.
