All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

1. XS - Kitten: (less than 6 months about 5lbs/2.5kg)
Soft Cat Nail Plugs will fit most kittens when they reach 16 weeks (4 months). Some kittens can use them as early as 12 weeks (3 months). To test, first try a nail cap without the adhesive. If it looks too big, don't glue it. The nail cap should fit snugly, like a glove. To accommodate younger kittens, you can trim the base of the nail cap making it smaller to fit your kitten's nail. Kittens up to about 5 pounds/2.5 kg and/or 5 months generally fit the kitten size.
2. S - Small: (about 6 months old, about 6 to 8 pounds, 2.5 to 4 kg)
Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing quickly or are large breed cats. Small-boned adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat appears smaller than an average adult cat, choose small.
3. M - Medium: (about 9-13 lbs 4-6 kg)
Most medium-sized adult cats dress medium-sized.
4. L - Large: (about 14lbs 6kg and up)
Cats with very large bones and large breeds dress big. Maine Coons, for example, are very large cats and generally dress big.
