All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Safety Information: It is very important to pay attention to the correct use of the collar. Collars worn too long or too tight around the pet's neck can cause skin damage; if used incorrectly, these collars can cause pressure necrosis and are often mistaken for burns.
1. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours a day
2. If possible, reposition the collar on your pet's neck every 2 hours.
3. Check the fit of the collar to avoid undue tension.
4. Each inspected product has only a small amount of power left before it hits the shelves, so please charge the batteries before starting to use.
5. If you find that the trainer only beeps but does not give electric shock or vibrate, please check whether the number displayed on the LCD screen is 000, you can adjust the number as needed.
6. To extend the battery life, please charge it in time before the power runs out.
