All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Maintenance tips:
1. Use a special makeup brush cleaner to clean and use a towel to absorb the water after washing.
2. Arrange the makeup bristles into the ideal shape and place them in a cool place to air dry.
3. Do not dry with a hair dryer to avoid pulling and trimming the makeup bristles, or dry in the sun, otherwise it may damage the material.
4. If there is a little hair loss, it is normal, it will not affect the function of the makeup brush.
5. If you use it every day, it is recommended to maintain it once every three weeks
To clean makeup brushes:
1. Clean with an optional brush cleaner, scrub lightly, then rinse with cold water
2. Do not wash against the hair
3. After cleaning, gently press the bristles with a tissue or cotton ball to allow the water to drain quickly. Remember not to twist the bristles, as this will loosen their structure or even depilate them.
4. After controlling the humidity, you can hang the makeup brush and let the bristles dry naturally; do not use a hair dryer to blow it or expose it to the sun, so as not to damage the material.
