All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Precautions:
1. To use this product as a magnetic suction cup base for Osmo Mobile, please attach the product to the Osmo Mobile gimbal first, then attach the other side to the Magsafe position of your phone. Please note that the camera logo on the product is consistent with the direction of the phone's lens. 2. This product should be used for static or light exercise. Do not use it in environments with intense exercise, fast running, jumping, or driving.
3. It is not recommended to use it with a mobile phone case without magnetic suction function and without sticking a magnetic ring.
4. Make sure to stick it in the correct position the first time and do not stick it repeatedly. After sticking, press it until it is fully adhered and let it stand for more than 2 hours before using it. (Do not pull the magnetic ring within 2 hours)
5. Do not allow children under 14 years of age to play with this product and do not ingest it.
