Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Install repeater:
1. Step 1: Use your mobile phone to test the signal strength outside the house or on the roof, -70 dBm is the basic requirement (full bar)
2. Step 2: Install the outdoor antenna in that location and keep adjusting it, point it to the signal tower station, try to get the best signal.
3. Step 3: Run the exterior coaxial cable inside the building in a convenient location to connect to the signal repeater.
4. Step 4: Mount your indoor antenna with signal repeater
5. Step 5: Turn on the signal repeater device to check the signal indoors, moving the outdoor antenna until you get a satisfactory signal.
6. Note: Connect the outdoor port (BTS) with the outdoor antenna, connect the indoor ANT(MS) port with the indoor antenna, the outdoor antenna is mounted in a higher position. Both antennas should be at least 10 meters away from each other.
7. The indoor and outdoor antenna must be separated by a wall.
Labor:
1. The outdoor antenna picks up the low signal from the mobile base station and delivers it to the cell phone booster via the connecting cable (coaxial).
2. Once the phone booster accepts the signal, the device amplifies it.
3. Then this amplified signal passes through the connection cable (coaxial) to the indoor antenna.
4. And after that, the amplified signal is transmitted to the cell phone.
Technical support:
1. If the signal reception is still weak after installation, please check whether the outdoor antenna is correctly pointed to the signal tower or other place has a stronger signal and confirm that the signal strength reaches -70DBM.
2. If you still have no signal after installation, please check that the power adapter of our device is connected perfectly. And the connectors are connected well.
3. If the strength is not stable, check whether the outdoor and indoor antennas are too close; Make sure the outdoor antenna has a distance of at least 10 meters, with a barrier and not on the same horizontal line.
4. Seal the outer connector with waterproof glue; otherwise, moisture will reduce the signal coverage area.
