All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Method of use:
1. Clean the skin and the needle.
2. Turn on the mole detection pen, beginners can use 2-3 gears first, and then gradually increase the gears according to the actual situation.
3. Press the work button to begin mole detection, sweeping back and forth over the mole; for a small mole, it takes 3 to 4 seconds.
4. Let the mole scab heal itself; generally, the scab will fall off within 7 to 15 days. After the scab falls off, determine whether a second operation is necessary based on the actual situation.
Precautions:
1. Keep away from children.
2. When using the device for the first time, test it on fresh pigskin and use it on the skin after you are fully familiar with it.
3. No washing is required within 30 days after treatment, just simple care
4. Don't scratch the scabs when they itch, they will fall off on their own in about 20 to 30 days.
5. The recovery period is about 3 months, it is recommended not to eat ginger, beef, soy sauce, etc. during the recovery period.
6. If the device is not used for a long time, it should be recharged every three or four months to maintain battery life.
