All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Instructions:
1. When the barking sound is activated for the first time, the operation indicator light will automatically turn on and the 19KHZ ultrasonic output will make the dog respond, and the product will automatically reset to home mode. If the dog does not respond , it will enter the next function mode.
2. Activate the bark sound for the second time, the indicator light will automatically turn on and the 20KHZ ultrasonic wave will respond to the dog, and the product will automatically lock the second mode. If the dog does not respond, it will enter the next function mode .
3. Activate the bark sound for the third time, the indicator light will automatically turn on, 21KHZ ultrasonic output and the dog responds, the product will automatically lock the third mode, if the dog does not respond, enter the next function mode.
4. Activate the barking sound for the fourth time, the finger lights will automatically turn on and 19KHZ + 20KHZ ultrasonic waves will be emitted in turn. If the dog responds, the product will automatically lock the fourth mode. If the dog does not respond, it will enter the next function mode.
5. Activate the barking sound for the fifth time, the indicator light will automatically turn on when it is on, 20KHZ + 21KHZ ultrasonic waves will be emitted in turn, and the product will automatically lock the fifth mode. If the dog does not respond, it will enter in the following function mode.
6. The dog barking sound is activated for the sixth time, the finger light is on and the light turns on automatically, 19KHZ + 21KHZ ultrasonic waves are emitted in turn, and the product automatically locks the sixth mode. If the dog does not respond, enter the next function mode.
7. The dog barking sound is activated for the seventh time, the finger light automatically turns on, 19KHZ + 20KHZ + 21KHZ ultrasonic waves are emitted, the dog responds, and the product automatically locks the seventh mode,
8. The electric shock output mode is the same as the 7 times ultrasonic output mode, the first electric shock intensity is the weakest and the seventh time is the strongest. The two functions can also work at the same time, and the output mode 7 times is the same.

10. This product will automatically stop working if it is continuously activated more than 7 times in one minute, to prevent pets from getting used to it at first and to avoid harm to dogs.
