All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Instructions:
1. Connect the small 12V spare battery with two clips, the positive pole of the red clip
2. After the red battery light is on, plug into the vehicle's OBD socket, and there will be a sound (very few vehicles do not call, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use), indicating that the plug is connected normally, the door is closed, the vehicle is locked by the remote control, and the vehicle enters the dormant state.
3. Now you can change the battery, operate carefully, pay attention to change the battery
Do not open the door, turn on the lights, use any electrical appliances, and do not touch the positive terminal of the battery to the ground, as this will burn out the vehicle and the small fuse that powers the OBD socket, causing the uninterrupted power work to fail and need to be replaced in the car.
4. After replacing the battery, first loosen the red clip on the tool. If the tool continues to beep at this point, it means success and the vehicle's fuse has blown.
European cars with late power supply are not recommended.
5. Once the car is connected to the delayed power supply, wait 20 minutes before dismantling the original car battery and then replacing it, strictly following the instructions.
