All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Widely Used: Paintless car dent puller can be used to remove car dents, as well as body creases and hail damage. Effective for dents on vehicles, refrigerators, washing machines, and other metal appliances. Saving time and money.

How to use PDR tools:
1. Clean the damaged surface with a clean, damp cloth
2. Attach the glue stick to the gun and connect the power supply and preheat for 5-10 minutes
3. Pull the trigger and apply the appropriate drawing gasket with extruded glue (the 4 holes of the gasket must be applied with hot melt glue) (Note: The larger the drawing gasket, the greater the drawing force)
4. Immediately place the drawing gasket with hot melt glue in the center of the dent and hold until it sticks (let the glue cool for about 5-8 minutes. The cooling time should be less than 10 minutes and should be shorter in winter)
5. Align the T-shaped repairer and press the drawing gasket with hot melt glue, pull the sliding rod back to pull the dent.
6. When the dent is removed, spread the alcohol glue with a plastic shovel.
7. If the dent still exists, tap it out lightly with a flattened hammer with a cutting head. 8. Repeat the operation steps above until the dents are repaired.
