All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

1. In home mode: Press the doorbell and the indoor unit chimes and the screen lights up. The camera automatically opens. You can see visitors directly. Take photos or record videos manually when needed.
2. Exit startup mode: Press the doorbell key. The doorbell will ring and the screen will turn off. Automatically take photos or record videos.
3. No Disturb Mode: Press the doorbell key to turn on the lights. This means there is no disturb mode. The indoor unit's bells won't ring, and the screen will turn off. Automatically take photos or record videos. After taking photos or videos, the photos/videos are stored on the TF card. You can browse the current device or use the card reader on your computer to browse.
4. When someone inside presses the switch key, the machine will open and the screen will display all the outside conditions. When the machine is turned on, it will display images of the outside on the screen. The person inside presses the display key again to finish taking a photo/recording video. The image will be automatically stored on the TF card.
