All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

How to use
1. Open the sensor cover, install 1 9V battery, and then open the switch on the circuit board
2. Open the cover of the receiver and you can install 2 AA batteries
3. Press the switch on the side of the receiver to open the switch
4. Install the sensor on both sides of the door or other places where you want to detect the human body passing by.
5. Adjust the receiver tone volume, the power switch to the middle position is low volume, high volume in the upper position
6. Adjust the angle of the sensor to a suitable position, when the guest enters its detection range, the receiver automatically sends out sweet music ringtones, the red LED lights
7. When you open the power sensor, a wireless doorbell is required for each SELF-TEST function, about 10 seconds, and then enters normal working conditions.
