Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Precautions
1. Test at least 20 minutes after drinking, because it takes about 20 minutes for alcohol to be absorbed from the digestive system into the blood. If you test immediately after drinking, the result may only reflect the alcohol concentration in your mouth at that time, not the alcohol concentration in your blood.
2. To obtain accurate test results, wait 20 minutes after drinking before testing, and the test time should be more than 3 minutes from the last test.
3. Do not clean the product directly with corrosive chemicals or solvents to prevent liquid from flowing into the air blowing tube.
4. The machine will not work properly when there is a high concentration of interfering gas.
5. If the test is performed at low voltage, there will be a certain deviation between the test value and the actual value.
6. It is strictly prohibited to place and use it in a closed environment with corrosive gases such as pigments, pesticides, alcohol or polluted air.
7. Unauthorized repair and damage to internal parts will cause product failure.
8. Prevent the machine from falling from a high place or being subjected to severe vibration.
