Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Video Transmission System: The next-generation DJI O4 video transmission technology supports 2.4GHz, 5.1GHz, and 5.8GHz frequency bands, providing DJI RC 2 with enhanced anti-interference capabilities. When paired with O4-compatible drones such as DJI Air 3, DJI RC 2 can achieve low-latency HD video transmission within a maximum range of 20km.
3. 2T4R Antennas: DJI RC 2 integrates two built-in and two external antennas, compatible with a 2T4R system. This doubles the number of transmitter and receiver antennas compared to the previous generation DJI RC, improving signal strength and further enhancing transmission performance for smooth control and safer flight.
4. FHD Display: DJI RC 2 features a built-in 5.5-inch 1920×1080 FHD display capable of maintaining 700 nits of high brightness.
5. Storage Capacity: DJI RC 2 comes with 32GB of built-in storage, allowing for direct screen recording and caching. It also supports microSD card expansion for an additional storage option (actual available storage space is approximately 21GB).
6. Lightweight and Compact: Even with improved video processing and transmission performance, additional antennas, and an active cooling design, DJI RC 2 weighs only 420 grams. This ensures a comfortable grip and effortless control, especially during extended use.
