Shipping Conditions

All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:

SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS

STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS

EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)

Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.

Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.

Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.

Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.

In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.

The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.

All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Introduction to the pattern
- P-1: Trigger received
- A1: Activating again during the delay is invalid
- A2: Re-timing is activated again during the delay
- A3: During the delay period, the relay is activated again to reset and terminate the timing device, the Y time starts, and the relay is disconnected when the timing ends.
- P-2: receives an activation signal, starts X time and continues when the time ends
- P-3: cycling shift mode
- A1: Relay turns on after power is turned on and turns off when time expires, infinite loop
- A2: The relay is disconnected after the power is turned on and connected after the time expires, infinite loop
- P-4: After receiving the trigger signal, the relay will continue to be connected until the signal disappears and start timing. After the time expires, the relay will be disconnected. If the trigger signal is received again during the delay period, the delay will be cancelled until the signal disappears and timing will be restarted.
