Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Method of use:
1. Place the chess clock on a flat table before use.
2. Wind the watch in the direction of the arrow on the back cover and do not turn it forcefully after winding to avoid damage.
3. Mark the hands: First mark the minute hand at the 12 o'clock position, but also according to the need to mark the minute hand at any position of the indicator. When marking, the hands should be marked in the vertical position of the clock, to prevent the minute hand from getting stuck in the indicator flag due to the displacement of the minute hand.
4. Start: Press the left button, the left clock stops the right clock starts, press the right button, the right clock stops the left clock starts (but must not press the button, so as not to cause damage)
5. Fast and slow adjustment: If there is a fast and slow error, you need to use a small metal rod to adjust the fast and slow mechanism in the direction of the moon hole on the back cover.
