All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

4. Dazzling Updates: Enjoy a 1080p Micro-OLED display with up to a 100Hz refresh rate, along with TüV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. Accommodates diopter adjustments from -6.0D to +2.0D for nearsighted and farsighted users. (The screen refresh rate changes with the video streaming frame rate. You can switch between 100Hz and 60Hz to adapt to the current video streaming frame rate.)
5. Battery and Headband Integration: The lightweight and comfortable headband-integrated design frees you from cable tangles and provides a long runtime of 3 hours. (The maximum runtime of 3 hours was measured at an ambient temperature of 25°C (77°F), screen brightness at 4, connected to the DJI Avata 2 aircraft, video transmission set to 1080p/100fps, Head Tracking disabled, Real View disabled, and the goggles battery fully charged and not supplying power to external devices such as smartphones.)
6. One-touch defogging: With defogging enabled, you get a convenient solution for sudden temperature changes or high humidity conditions.
7. Stream your flight in real time to the DJI Fly app on your smartphone via a Wi-Fi connection. You can also import panoramic and 3D videos to an SD card and play them back using Goggles 3 for an immersive experience that feels almost within range. (Some countries and regions prohibit the use of the 5.1 GHz or 5.8 GHz frequency band, or both. In some countries and regions, the 5.1 GHz frequency is only permitted for indoor use. If the 5.1 GHz/5.8 GHz frequency bands are unavailable (such as in Japan), screen sharing with your smartphone via Wi-Fi is not available. To achieve this feature, a wired connection is recommended. Before flying, be sure to check and comply with local radio and aviation laws and regulations.)
