All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Use and maintenance:
1. Rinse with clean, cold water after each use and pat dry or dry inside and out. (The white powder on the swim cap is talcum powder, which is applied to prevent the swim cap from sticking. After use, dry it and apply a dusting powder to it, then store it in a bag.)
2. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
3. Avoid flat objects on the street and place them in bags such as nails, hairpins, etc.
4. Do not roll up the bag. Do not expose to the sun.
