All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

1. The usage area is moderate, and under the protection of MEMS vibration protection sensor, the engraving and cutting processes can be completed at the same time.
2. 2266 x 2266 pixels, engraving accuracy: 0.075mm dot pitch, 339 dots/inch. The whole machine function test only requires 4 screws to complete the installation.
3. NEJE classic multi-function module, weighing only 202g, can achieve high power and fast scanning performance. The minimum focus point reaches 0.05x0.05mm (N30820 module), can engrave metal, can cut materials less than 8mm, built-in fast intelligent drive, timely temperature feedback, intelligent adjustment fan to reduce noise, safe and quiet use.
4. Wood, MDF, leather, paper, cotton, etc. are supported. 3mm plywood only requires air-assisted cutting, and the cut is very clean. The finishing spray can engrave stainless steel, glass, clear acrylic, etc.
5. 32-bit control system, the fastest speed reaches 250,000mm/min, supports LaserGRBL, Lightburn, NEJE software, NEJE APP (Android, iOS, ipadOS, macOS), NEJE provides free software update services.

Attention (pay attention)
1. Wear laser goggles when using to avoid direct contact with eyes and skin of the laser!
2. Do not engrave mirror objects, pay attention to fire prevention, and pay attention to pets when working!
3. Smoke will be produced when burning, pay attention to indoor smoke escape.
4. The laser module comes with a one-year warranty. If you encounter any quality issues (except for individual cases, such as using the laser module for more than 30 minutes at a time and causing damage), please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. If there is a problem with your laser module, do not disassemble it without our permission. This will destroy the laser module.
