Shipping Conditions
All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Precautions
1. The host will automatically shut down after 30 minutes when not connected to any device. If the headset is not used for a month or more, please charge it once every two months to protect the lithium battery of the headset;
2. The applicable storage temperature of this product is -20 to 50 degrees Celsius. Do not store it in an environment with too high or too low temperature, otherwise it will affect the shelf life of the product;
3. Do not expose this product to open flames to avoid explosions;
4. The host device cannot be powered on by itself to avoid short circuit of the motherboard or damage to the battery, which will affect normal use. Be sure to pay attention.
5. USB Emergency Power Off: If the Bluetooth intercom is directly connected to USB charging mode in any working mode, it will power off in an emergency. USB emergency power off will not save recorded data. It is recommended that users do not use it in an emergency.
