All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

After placing the instrument for a long time, odorous gas will accumulate in the instrument, seriously affecting the test results; in this case, the instrument should be placed in a cool, ventilated place and then used for more than 1 hour (no operation is required during the instrument ventilation process).
4. Expired and defective products must be repaired in a timely manner.
5. Avoid hitting the sensor with gas above the measuring range; otherwise, this may damage the sensor, and man-made damage is not covered under warranty.
Introduction of the instrument:
1. Digital temperature and humidity sensor

3. Silent button: Turns the alarm sound on or off. In silent mode, the " " symbol is not displayed and the alarm does not sound. The default is to turn on the sound.
4. "+" button: When setting the alarm value, increase the value.
