Shipping Conditions

All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:

SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS

STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS

EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)

Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.

Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.

Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.

Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.

In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.

The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.

All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

3. The thermal conductivity meter is an electronic instrument designed and manufactured based on the thermal conductivity of diamonds. It is specifically used to identify the authenticity of diamonds. It is also suitable for detecting/identifying the hardness of genuine gemstones such as jade, jade, crystal, etc.
4. The metal tip of the probe is electrically heated and produces a buzzing sound when it touches the diamond surface.
5. Whether it is to identify the authenticity of diamonds or to test the hardness of jade, it should be noted that the probe of the thermal conductivity meter should be at a right angle of 90 degrees to the object being tested.
6. When testing, adjust the three-color indicator light to the fourth grid, then press the triangular iron sheet on the back with your hand and align the probe vertically with the test object. If it is a diamond, the light jumps to the 8th grid or higher, i.e., the red light zone, and a dripping sound is produced; if it is testing jade, the light will illuminate the 6th or 7th grid, indicating that the hardness of the jade has been reached, and no sound will be made.
7. The operating environment is 5 to 35 degrees Celsius, and the tested product should be clean, dry and at room temperature.
