All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Instructions for use:
1. Put the MP3 switch in the ON state, turn it on and start playing. The status light starts flashing.
2. Press the play button again to start in the pause state.
3. Press Volume Adjust to adjust the size.
4. Press the front and back to adjust the song you want to listen to.
5. To stop playback, press Pause first to put the host into a pause state.
6. Turn the switch to OFF state. Complete shutdown.
Precautions for use:
1. Please do not charge the MP3 with the computer's USB port for more than 2 hours, otherwise it will easily cause failure and damage to the MP3's built-in lithium battery.
2. Do not pay attention to the indicator light of the MP3 or charger during charging, it will be fully charged in 1.5 hours, and the indicator light of the MP3 or charger will not change state after full charge.
3. Do not connect to the computer's USB port for more than 2 hours at a time. When removing the MP3 from the computer, you must strictly follow the requirements of the computer's operating system, first remove the hardware and then unplug the MP3. Otherwise, it is very easy to cause the MP3 player to lose the software program.
