All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Perform integrated installation of the module and for DJI Air 3 aircraft. You can insert the enhanced video transmission module directly into the DJI Air 3 body without additional installation kits to efficiently access the 4G network.
3. Supports ASDIV (transmitting antenna selection), with improved performance and better handling of complex flight scenarios. An eSIM is included so it can be used without an additional card, and physical nano-SIM cards are also supported.
4. The enhanced image transmission module can connect your DJI equipment to the 4G network, provide you with stable and high-speed network services, and realize enhanced image transmission, network RTK and other functions.
5. Based on the original image transmission, it cooperates with the 4G network. If the original image transmission signal is blocked or interfered with, the user can still control the drone with the help of the 4G network, which reduces the possibility of disconnection and effectively improves flight safety.

Kind advice
1. If you choose to use an eSIM, please follow the (eSIM Activation Guide) to activate the eSIM. After activation, you will receive 3GB of data. Scan the QR code to follow the official account as prompted in the app and perform data top-up, data reminders, and other services.
2. If you choose to use a SIM card, contact your local operator to purchase one.
3. When using enhanced video transmission, be sure to operate the drone in a location where the 4G signal of the remote controller or mobile phone is almost full. Since enhanced image transmission is performed through the 4G network, there may be some delay and lag, so be sure to fly with caution.
4. Depending on the activation date, the enhanced image streaming service must be renewed after one year, and the subscription price is 99 RMB/year.
5. DJI may terminate the Enhanced Image Transmission Service at any time in accordance with local laws and regulations. Termination of the Enhanced Video Transmission Service does not affect other network functions of the Enhanced Video Transmission Module.
6. Enhanced video transmission is currently only available for purchase and use in mainland China. For other countries and regions, please refer to DJI's official notice.
