We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

How to use PDR tools:
1. Clean the dent and keep it dry
2. Take out the glue stick and insert it into the glue gun, then wait for more than 5 minutes
3. Take out the suitable glue tabs and smear the glue on the tabs, quickly stick it on the dent surface and keep smearing the glue on the surface, until the tabs are covered by the glue completely, after that, wait for more than 10 minutes
4. Hold the slide hammer with the tabs and pull the hammer back, until the dent disappears.
5. Clean the surface with established cleaning tools
6. If the surface is convex, tap it lightly with the demolition pen and hammer repeatedly, until the surface is level.
7. If the dent and convex surface still exist, repeat the above steps, until you are satisfied with it.
