All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

When using, first adjust the size, then insert a pair of insoles and wear them. After each use, tighten the wheel screw to prevent the wheel from falling off. Do not use barefoot; you must wear socks to prevent slipping.
1. Children under five years of age must slide under adult supervision.
2. Sufficient protective devices (such as braces, elbows, knees and helmet) must be worn during filming.
3. Before sliding, check that the screws, rivets and shoes of the product are secure.
4. Filming must take place in safe and legal locations.
5. Avoid riding in busy, crowded areas or at night.
6. Avoid riding on watery, oily or uneven terrain.
Skate maintenance
1. Often remove and wash the inner sleeve of the shoes, which can prevent odor and bacteria.
2. Changing the wheels on the left and right sides often makes the skate wheels more durable.
3. Avoiding skidding on rough roads can extend the life of wheels and bearings.
4. Do not replace wheels or bearings individually, which will reduce sliding stability.
5. If the bearing has been in use for a long time, and sliding is not smooth or there is a sand-like sound, the bearing can be removed and immersed in the non-soaked oil for about half an hour. The impurities in the bearing will be cleaned, and then sprayed with engine oil or special bearing oil. This can extend the bearing's life.
6. When products are not in use, they should be stored in dry, sun-free locations. This has a certain effect on preventing rust on accessories and aging of the products.
