All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Decontamination and descaling: The decontamination formula combined with a polyester fiber cloth can effectively remove stubborn stains such as bird droppings, asphalt, and tar.
3. Deoxidation layer: Dissolves oxidized particles and fills the varnish layer of the paint surface, lasting anti-oxidation and restoring bright colors.
4. Remove glue: Dissolve small advertising colloids, clean easily without damaging the paint surface itself.
5. The scratch cloth uses a green formula with a polyester fiber cloth, no pungent odor, no damage to car paint, no damage to the skin, and can be wiped directly without gloves.
Precautions:
1. The repair cloth is mainly for treating minor scratches on the paint surface, such as nail marks, shallow scratches, sand wear marks, etc. Deeper scratches (do not hurt the paint) for a few minutes can also have a certain fading effect.
2. Clean the scratched surface before use. After the surface is dry, remove the repair cloth and wipe the scratched area until the scratch disappears.
3. The repair cloth can be used repeatedly. If the force is heavy, simply apply the repair cloth to the same area and gently rub it with a dry cloth to restore the original shine.
4. If the repair cloth falls on the ground and sticks to dust and sand, do not use it again to avoid 2 scratches, and it cannot be washed with water.
