All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

1. Specifically designed for DJI Mavic series batteries (5000mAh). It is recommended to use DJI's 65W USB-C charger or other chargers that support the USB PD fast charging protocol. A USB DC data cable is included.
2. It can charge four Mavic 3 Pro / Mavic 3 Classic / Mavic 3 Cine / Mavic 3 batteries. The batteries are charged in order of highest to lowest power, eliminating the hassle of plugging and unplugging multiple batteries one by one during charging.1 It takes about 75 minutes to fully charge the 5000mAh battery.

The LCD screen can display real-time data of the rechargeable battery: voltage, current, power, charging time, battery capacity, battery temperature, charging progress bar, and battery power percentage; the LCD screen can visually display the power of the four batteries, refusing to run out of power. Anxiety; battery capacity reflects battery life.

No need to re-plug the battery into the drone, put the battery into the charging butler, press the battery button to check the battery power; Long press the power button to switch between full power mode/storage mode, and full power mode can charge until fully charged., in battery storage mode, when the battery power is less than 60%, the battery will be charged to 60%. When a battery is ready for long-term storage, it should be kept between 50% and 80% charged. Full and low power storage can cause damage to the battery. The indicator light will not flash when charging is complete.
