All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Installation Notes
1. Before installation, clean the lens with an alcohol swab and a microfiber cloth.
2. Remove the protective layer from the adhesive side.
3. Carefully point the glass towards the lens.
4. Press down on the center of the glass and the glued part will spread smoothly on all parts.
Precautions
1. Since this is a glass product, please note that the edges of the glass are areas that are easily damaged.
2. When removing for reuse, its adhesive properties may wear off to a certain extent, causing the protective film to no longer adhere to the device. It is not recommended to peel off the glass protector after applying it.
3. Installing or removing the lens protector with excessive force may damage the product.
