All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

5. It can detect three types of impurities in water:
- Calcium ions, magnesium ions and other soluble salts.
- Ammonium acetate, sodium sulfonate and other ionic organic substances
- Heavy metal ions such as chromium, zinc, lead and copper.
6. Water quality varies from country to country in different regions. The TDS test pen can accurately detect the TDS value of water and can detect the purity of water before and after filtration, reflecting the filtration capacity of the water purifier. Generally speaking, the lower the TDS value, the less dissolved solids there are in the water and the purer the water quality.
7. We cannot intuitively understand the purity of drinking water. Seemingly clear and transparent water may contain many impurities. The TDS value represents the total soluble solids content in water, which can reflect the quality of water to a certain extent. Generally, the lower the TDS value, the less soluble salts, such as heavy metal ions, in the water, and the purer the water quality. The World Health Organization (WHO) generally believes that the taste of water with a TDS value below 600 is good or adequate. When the TDS level is above 1000, the taste of drinking water will change significantly.
