All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Installation Precautions:
1. The rectifier should be installed in a location with good ventilation and heat dissipation. High temperatures will be generated when the rectifier is operating, and poor heat dissipation will damage the rectifier.
2. The rectifier installation steps are to connect the AC input line, keep the positive and negative outputs unconnected, turn on the locomotive, measure the positive and negative output voltage, and when the voltage range is reasonable, connect the positive and negative cables, and then test the positive and negative of the battery or rectifier. If the voltage range is not reasonable, discontinue use and provide feedback. The entire installation process should be recorded and saved.
3. Please note that the rectifier must be tightly attached to the frame during installation, which promotes heat conduction. You can also add thermally conductive glue between the rectifier and the frame.
4. No other cables should be pressed between the rectifier and the frame.
5. There must be a fuse between the positive output of the rectifier and the battery to prevent overvoltage from burning other electrical devices when the rectifier is damaged.
