All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be found on the listing page, below the description. Enter the country, city, and postal code. The different shipping options will appear. You can also calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart after adding products.
You can also review the different options when placing your order, prior to payment.
We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Instructions:
1. When using for the first time, please turn on the mobile wifi first and unplug the white positioning pin on the back of the watch.
2. Click on the phone Settings-Connections-WLAN
3. Install the battery, after about 5 seconds, wificlock will appear in the WLAN list for 30 seconds
4. If the Wi-Fi watch does not appear, you can press the MSET button on the back of the watch (press and hold for about 5 seconds, repeat several times)
5. Click on wifi-clock
6. Follow the instructions to set up Wi-Fi.
7. If you can't set up wifi, you can click wifi-clock, then click manage router or open 192.168.4.1 with your mobile browser, and then set up wifi.
8. After setting, the three pointers quickly return to zero and then automatically go to the correct time.
9. Once the Wi-Fi is set up, if you reinstall the battery without restarting the Wi-Fi, the pointer will automatically go to the correct time.
10. If the time is not correct, you can press and hold REC to quickly return the pointer to zero and then realign the time, or reinstall the battery.
11. Long press MSET, you can reset wifi, auto time and time zone
