All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

How to use:
1. Determine the original thread size of the old oil pan plug by measuring the diameter of the old oil pan plug.
2. Select the next larger oil pan plug. Example: Use a 13 mm threaded plug with an original plug diameter of 12 mm. Try using the same pitch and compare the pitch of the old plug with the appropriate thread. For example: the original 1.25 thread uses a thread with a 13 mm x 1.25 plug head.
3. Fill the plug head threads with clean shaft/bearing grease.
4. Use a suitable drive head to thread the thread into the oil pan.
5. Once you start reshaping the screw hole, continue turning clockwise and slowly cut the thread through kinematic rotation and reverse rotation (counterclockwise) by 1/4, which will help provide a good full thread.
6. After finishing the cut, remove the tap and clean it.
7. Pour engine oil into the engine and disconnect the oil pan to remove any metal debris that may fall into the engine.
8. Install a new suitable oil pan plug and copper sealing gasket and torque to the vehicle.
