All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent within the first 2 or 3 business days after payment, for most orders.

We handle three types of shipping:
SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS COSTS)
Depending on the destination country and item type, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by specific or unusual times. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days of payment.
Orders with 24/48-hour express shipping are only for Spain. For international destinations, this type of shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery schedule. They may be delayed up to 30 days.
Orders over €180 or orders that select Express Shipping via DHL may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of rejection or non-acceptance of the order due to customs costs or fees, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made through other shipping companies.
All shipments include a tracking number and are insured. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

3. The anti-bark collar stops barking, the sound gradually increases, and the electric shock is controlled by the microprocessor, which is different from other ambient noise dog barking collars, and automatically delivers a solid, electric shock after each bark.
4. How it works: When you bark for the first time, the 0228 anti-bark collar emits a 1.5-second warning sound. If the second bark occurs within 20 seconds, it will sound an alarm sound for 1.5 seconds and deliver a level 1 shock. The third bark will sound a warning sound for 1.5 seconds, a level 2 shock. For the fourth bark, a 1.5-second warning will result in a level 3 shock. For the fifth bark, a 1.5-second warning will result in a level 4 shock. The sixth bark, a 1.5-second siren, and the fifth level of shock. This pattern repeats for 6 correction levels. The first layer has only progressive warning sounds. If your dog continues barking through the remaining five levels, a stronger sound and effect is applied after each bark, until your pet stops for 20 seconds, then the Bark Control Collar will automatically reset to the first correction level (pure tone). To protect your dog, if continuous stimulation reaches level 6, the collar will stop working for 30 seconds.
5. Use a warning tone, followed by a louder tone and impulse, to establish a pattern, and your dog will soon know it's caused by his own barking. Bad habits take time to break. When your dog forgets and barks again, the warning tone will remind your pet, but it won't immediately surprise him. At each step, your dog can choose whether it's worth the increased pain of barking again. We find this gradual increase in sound and electric shock technology is not only more humane, but also more effective than traditional electric bark control collars at breaking barking habits.
